What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity a factory will accept depends on the product and the production method. Tell us the quantity you need and we will find a factory and method that can make it.
Can I consult you without design data?
Yes. A hand-drawn sketch or reference photos are enough to start. We can also help you prepare the specifications needed for production.
Can individuals and small businesses order?
Yes. We work with clients of any size and will suggest an approach that fits your quantity and budget.
Do you charge for consultations or quotations?
Consultations and quotations are free. Any work that incurs a cost, such as making samples, is explained in advance and only started with your approval.
Costs and lead times
How are the costs broken down?
We quote product cost, initial costs such as molds, sample cost, inspection cost, logistics cost and our service fee separately. For details, see “Costs, MOQ & Lead Times”.
How long does it take from quotation to delivery?
It is the total of sampling, mass production and shipping, and varies with the product, quantity and shipping method. Tell us when you need the goods and we will propose a schedule that meets it. Please note that factories close for an extended period around Chinese New Year.
Are repeat orders cheaper?
Repeat orders of the same product normally do not require initial costs such as molds again. Depending on the quantity, the unit price may also be easier to negotiate.
Samples and quality
Can you make samples?
Yes. We recommend making a sample before mass production so you can check the colors and finish on the actual item. Cost and time vary by product and are given with the quotation.
Where and how do you inspect? Will I receive a report?
We inspect mainly at the factory, against the sample you approved. Whether we check a sample of the lot or every item is agreed with you based on the product and quantity, and results are reported with photos.
What happens if defects are found?
If items do not meet the standard, we negotiate with the factory for rework or remanufacture. We tell you the proposed action and schedule and proceed only after your decision.
Rights and export
Can you produce character or licensed products?
Yes, provided the products are authorized by the rights holder. We also plan the process around the licensor’s approval workflow.
Can we sign an NDA?

Can you handle customs clearance and shipping?
Yes. We handle packing, export documents, and international express or sea freight. Please also ask us about import procedures in your country.
