Here is how a project runs from consultation to delivery. The order of steps may change, or steps may be added, depending on the product and quantity.
STEP 1 Consultation
Tell us about the product you want to make, the quantity, your timing and budget through the contact form or by email. We can also meet online if needed. There is no charge at this stage.
STEP 2 Factory sourcing & quotation
We find factories that suit the materials, processes and quantity, and confirm their terms. The quotation shows the unit price, initial costs such as molds, sample cost, logistics cost and our service fee separately.
STEP 3 Prototyping & samples
We make a sample from the specifications for you to check by photo or in person. We pass any changes to color, size or finish to the factory and adjust until you are satisfied. The approved sample becomes the standard for mass production.
STEP 4 Price negotiation & order
Once the specifications and quantity are fixed, we agree the price, delivery date and payment terms with the factory. You place the order after approving the final quotation.
STEP 5 Mass production & QC
During mass production we visit the factory to check progress and quality. Before shipment we inspect the goods against the approved sample and report the results with photos.
STEP 6 Export & delivery
We pack the goods for export, prepare the documents and ship by international express or sea freight. We keep you updated until you receive the goods.
