Non-disclosure agreements
On request, we sign an NDA between you and our company. Factories receive only the information needed for production.
Managing data and molds
Design data you entrust to us is used only for your production. How molds and plates are handled (ownership, storage and use in future runs) is agreed with the factory before ordering and shared with you.
Producing licensed products
We accept licensed products such as character goods on the condition that you have permission from the rights holder. Where licensor approval is required, we plan the process around it—from preparing approval samples and materials to correcting any points raised.
Surplus and defective goods
To keep surplus or defective goods off the market, we agree in advance how they will be handled (returned to you, destroyed, etc.).
