So you can entrust production in China to us with confidence, we focus on four things: setting the standard, checking during production, checking before shipment, and showing you the results.
1. Set the standard
The sample you approve becomes the standard for mass production. As far as possible, we also agree color references, dimensions and tolerances (how much minor scratching or color variation is acceptable) in advance and share them with the factory.
2. Check during production
Once mass production starts, we check goods in progress at the factory to catch problems early. If there is an issue, we discuss the fix with the factory on the spot.
3. Inspect before shipment
We compare finished goods with the approved sample, checking appearance, dimensions, color, print and embroidery quality, hardware attachment, quantity and packing. The inspection method (sampling or 100%) is agreed with you based on the product, quantity and budget.
4. Report results with photos
We report inspection results with photos, so you can decide from wherever you are whether to ship or request rework.
When problems are found
If goods do not meet the standard, we negotiate with the factory for rework or remanufacture. We inform you of the proposed action and schedule right away and proceed only after your decision.
