Factory sourcing
We find factories suited to your materials and processes, compare equipment, quality, capacity and price, and make a recommendation.
Prototyping & samples
We instruct the factory based on the specifications and have samples made. We pass on revisions and have samples remade as needed.
Price negotiation & contracts
We agree unit prices, initial costs such as molds, payment terms and delivery dates with the factory, negotiating based on local market rates.
Quality Control & Inspection
We check during production and inspect before shipment, reporting results with photos.
Export & logistics
From packing and export documents to international express or sea freight. Goods from several factories can be consolidated into one shipment.
Progress reports
We update you at each milestone in English. We share any problems at the factory openly and work out the response with you.
